Gromax Development is a multi-faceted organization providing a wide variety of real estate, land development and consulting services. Prior to forming the company in 1999, Paul Grohman had an 18-year career as a city manager and economic development specialist. Gromax, based in Pearland, Texas, has primarily served the Texas Triangle area which includes Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Houston.
Gromax is currently developing in Florida specifically in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Maples, and the Tampa MSA. Gromax Development has developed and entitled over 20K lots, developed over 25 commercial retail centers and a variety of other projects. Paul has projects ranging from large master planned communities to office, stadiums, retail mixed use, hotel, RV resorts, self storage, churches, medical, and senior facilities. They have also worked on teams to create Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs), Tax increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZ) and other special districts. These special districts will create well over $5 Billion in taxable value.
Paul has also brokered, purchased, or sold land as a principle in over $500 Million in sales. Gromax has worked with a majority of the Nation’s Top 35 Builders. In a career spanning four decades, the transformation from city planner to Developer, Paul Grohman’s Gromax Development has not simply developed land- it has cultivated communities where people live with a vision and dreams that has come to life.
